One knee down, one to go. Dr. Noble replaced my right knee 2 1/2 weeks ago and I am walking and without meds. So happy with this experience in an out-patient setting. He made me lose signficant weight first and I also exercised to build up my leg muscles. I fought it for a couple years but he was right, it made all the difference in the world to my quick recovery. I know this is a common procedure but to me it was a miracle.
Seven weeks after surgery I am able to stand up paddle board (including kneeling on the board). Ten weeks later I was able to hike in the mountains of New England on rough terrain at an incline with ease. No pain. Minimal scaring is also a plus.
