
Dr. Andrew R. Noble specializes in joint replacement of the knee and hip. He completed a fellowship from the Harvard School of Medicine, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Noble joined Palm Beach Orthopedic Institute in 2010 after working in private practice for 4 years in North Carolina.
Dr. Noble is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) as well as the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He published research in the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and presented at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
Dr. Noble focuses on the surgical treatment of knee and hip arthritis. He utilizes the latest surgical techniques in combination with an opioid sparing post-operative pain control program. He performs less invasive total knee replacement, robotic assisted partial and total knee replacement (Mako system), and direct anterior total hip replacement with the Hana table. Outpatient joint replacement is also offered by Dr. Noble at Palm Beach Surgical Suites. This allows patients to go home the same day after having a total knee or hip replacement.
Dr. Noble will personalize the care and surgical treatment for each patient to include the most appropriate surgical approach, latest technology, and hospital or surgical center location based upon the specific condition and medical history of the patient.

Dr. Noble was selected with several other surgeons to help launch a new high-performance knee replacement before its official release in 2023. This new technology provides greater satisfaction with a more natural feeling knee. He attended multiple in-person and virtual meetings to discuss the design rational, surgical technique and results of this new knee. In addition, Dr. Noble provides didactic lectures and cadaver training to surgeons, fellows, and sales representatives. He participates as a surgeon faculty member at local and regional hip and knee reconstruction meetings. He also served as one of several Orthopaedic surgeons that collaborated as part of the United States surgeons user’s group to help launch and provide feedback on instrumentation and stem design for the US introduction of the Polarstem hip replacement system.

Presented didactic lecture at industry booth during AAOS meeting regarding efficiency and workflow for digital templating using OrthoView. Collaborated with marketing team to create a blog regarding the efficiency of digital templating for total hip replacement.

Conducted speaking programs for the education of physicians, surgeons, and health professionals on the use of Ofirmev (IV acetaminophen) for the control of post-operative and acute pain through a multi-modal system, with an emphasis on a non-opioid program. These educational talks were provided in the local community, International Congress for Joint Reconstruction (ICJR) in Philadelphia and ICJR Direct Anterior THA course in Houston, Orlando Health Orthopaedics meeting, Miami Orthopaedic Society, and the Orthopaedics Journal club for residents in Ft Lauderdale.
